Virtual Experience Platform
For Balenciaga
The use of virtual stores has become increasingly important in the luxury and beauty industries, and brands like L’Oréal, Lancome, Armani, and Estée Lauder are utilizing technology such as ByondXR to create immersive shopping experiences for customers. In this context, I have applied my skills in merchandising and AI-based technology to create a cloud-based showroom for Balenciaga using ByondXR software. This project has allowed me to expand my knowledge in merchandising to the Metaverse and create a fully functional virtual showroom for Balenciaga. Overall, this project demonstrates the potential of virtual stores to improve KPIs and the role that technology plays in shaping the future of retail.

Product Development
For Supreme
The Dismal Disco project utilized Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create merchandise for womenswear, specifically for the high-end streetwear brand Supreme. The project focused on incorporating product styles that were missing from Supreme's current collections. Through various stages of product development, including trend research, data analytics, sourcing for color, silhouette, Flat sketch creation and patterns, and assortment planning, I was able to analyze, create, and assort the products. This project provided me with valuable experience in the product development process and demonstrated the importance of trend research and data analysis in creating successful merchandise.

Merchandising
For Sephora
The group project focused on merchandising, planning, allocation, and product classifications for key products available at Sephora. Specifically, the project focused on merchandising strategy and eye product classifications. The project incorporated fieldwork and allowed me and my group to observe retailing strategies used by marketers off-line and online. Through data analytics and analysis of the observed strategies, we were able to come up with our own strategies and product classifications for improving merchandising and KPIs at Sephora.
